On December 19, President Trump signed the National Defense Authorization Act of 2020 (S.1790), which includes a provision providing 12 weeks of paid parental leave for federal employees caring for newborns, newly adopted children, or foster children. Health: House Subcommittee to Mark Up Medicaid Transportation Bill
On January 8, the House Energy and Commerce Committee Health Subcommittee will mark up seven bills, including the Protecting Patients Transportation to Care Act (H.R.3935).
