Family Support/Employment: President Signs Defense Bill Providing Paid Parental Leave for Federal Employees

On December 19, President Trump signed the National Defense Authorization Act of 2020 (S.1790), which includes a provision providing 12 weeks of paid parental leave for federal employees caring for newborns, newly adopted children, or foster children.
