Representatives George Miller (D-CA), John Tierney (D-MA), and Ruben Hinojosa (D-TX) introduced H.R. 4227, the Workforce Investment Act of 2012. The bill seeks to reauthorize and modernize the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.
