Rights/Family Support – Federal Agencies Clarify Rights of Parents with Disabilities

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) jointly issued a document in August that clarifies that children should not be taken from their parents just because a parent(s) has a disability.
