Justice Department reaches settlement agreement with NH town

Through its Project Civic Access, the Department of Justice (DOJ) reached a settlement agreement with the town of Wolfeboro, NH under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the agreement, the town agreed to make its programs, services, and activities accessible to people with disabilities, including public parking lots, parks, museums, community center, public library, recreation center, and public safety building.
